Building MEP Technician Full Time NEW

At IUSTITIA,, we are looking for a skilled and independent MEP Building Technician to join our growing team immediately.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in building maintenance and facility management
• Previous experience in residential towers, commercial buildings, or hotels
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Multi-skilled experience in electrical, plumbing, AC, and civil maintenance
• Experience working in high-standard environments where quality, accountability, and professionalism are expected daily
• UAE driving license is preferred and considered a strong advantage
• Immediate joiners only
