Brand Operations Manager – TCH Full Time NEW

302Labs is hiring an Operations & Readiness Lead to support TCH, our growing Café & F&B brand in Cairo.

The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across branches, maintaining brand standards, developing operational systems, and supporting future expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations and team performance.

• Implement and improve SOPs and operational processes.

• Ensure consistency in customer experience and service standards.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift operations.

• Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Support branch openings and expansion readiness.

• Develop Shift Leaders and operational team capabilities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in F&B, Café, Restaurant, Hospitality, or Food Retail Operations.

• Experience managing branch operations and frontline teams.

• Experience implementing SOPs and operational processes.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and KPI tracking.

Preferred:

• Multi-branch operations experience.

• Experience supporting new branch openings.

• Experience in growing or expanding brands.
