– Own and execute the full marketing strategy across all Classique brands, new products launch and optimization.
– Plan and manage digital, in-store, and offline initiatives with a strong focus on growth and ROI.
– Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing with business goals, while reporting to Chief of Marketing & Sales and the board.
– Work closely with external marketing agencies to align on strategy, ensure consistent brand execution, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
– 2-5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within F&B, retail, or premium/lifestyle brands.
– Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and visual identity (packaging, in-store experience, content).
– Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels with measurable results.
– Hands-on mindset: comfortable executing as well as strategizing in a lean, fast-paced environment.
– Experience working with and managing external agencies (creative, social media, production).
– Solid grasp of performance marketing, analytics, and reporting (Meta, Google, etc.).
– Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple launches and deadlines.
– High attention to detail and a strong eye for design, consistency, and premium brand standards.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally (sales, operations, product).
– Based in Alexandria with strong understanding of the local market.
