Role Description The Brand Manager for Perfumes and Cosmetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad. The role involves developing and executing brand strategies for perfumes and cosmetic products, including annual marketing plans, product launches, and promotional campaigns. The Brand Manager will analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to optimize product positioning, pricing, and assortment. Daily tasks include coordinating with the supplier, sales, merchandising, and retail operations teams to ensure consistent brand visibility and performance across all sales channels. The role also includes managing relationships with suppliers and brand principals, overseeing in-store visual merchandising and promotional materials, monitoring brand performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and recommendations for management.
