Eagle Chemicals Group is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Senior Brand Manager to lead and elevate our Eagle Paints brand portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s strategic direction, driving market penetration, and executing powerful marketing campaigns that resonate with our consumers and B2B partners alike.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the long-term brand strategy and annual marketing plans for Eagle Paints to maximize market share, revenue, and profitability.
Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end development of 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL, Trade Marketing) from concept definition to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Product Management & Launch: Manage the entire product lifecycle, identify market gaps, and lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and innovations.
Market Insights: Conduct continuous market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and translate data into actionable marketing initiatives.
Trade Marketing & Branding: Collaborate closely with Sales and Production teams to optimize product placement, in-store branding, and trade promotions for dealers and distributors.
Budgeting & ROI: Own and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing ROI across all channels.
Agency Management: Brief and manage creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure all deliverables align strictly with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of solid experience in Marketing and Brand Management, with a proven track record of managing established brands.
Industry Background: Experience in the Paints or Chemicals industry is highly preferred. (FMCG experience with strong exposure to industrial/building materials will also be considered).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or professional marketing certification is a strong plus.

Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
Creativity blended with commercial acumen (understanding of P&L, pricing, and volume growth).
