Branch Supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily branch operations.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily branch activities and ensure smooth operations
– Lead and support the team to achieve targets
– Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
– Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations
– Maintain compliance with company policies
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
– Previous experience in a shipping or logistics company is a must
-Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Good organizational and problem-solving skills
