All customer banking operations are carried out accurately and quickly according to the required standards and quality while adhering to the bank’s rules and customer service concepts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing and selling the bank’s strategic products while adhering to the concepts of customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintaining a professional and positive level in dealing with customers.
• Implementation of banking operations in accordance with the required standards and quality.
• Identify and know the needs of customers and solve their problems in line with their expectations.
• Guiding and directing customers to alternative electronic channels.
• Maintain and adhere to the confidentiality of customer information and records.
• Commitment to the application of the bank’s policies, procedures and regulations and the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank.
• Execution of all cash operations of customers (deposits, withdrawals, transfers … etc) in accordance with the internal and official controls that regulate work procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Saudi
• Fresh graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting – Marketing – Finance and Investment – Banking – Insurance – Sales – English Language – Computer – Public Relations.
• The minimum GPA is good.
• Passing the recruitment steps (personal skills assessment tests, personal interviews)
