Branch Manager – F&B Full Time

Lychee is the leading player in the rapidly growing healthy food industry in Egypt, with a unique and highly scalable position in the market that combines a healthy fast- food retail arm and a manufacturing arm for healthy packaged foods. Most notably fresh juices and Greek yogurt.

As part of our greater mission to make healthier food choices accessible and sustainable for people’s everyday lifestyle – we’re extending our commitment to the region with our entry into the Saudi Arabian market, with a substantial retail expansion plan and on-ground operations starting Q2, 2025 in Riyadh.

Lychee relies on both its manufacturing capabilities and brand recognition built over a decade to expand its retail operations seamlessly based on customer demand and to scale its existing presence in modern trade, traditional trade and quick commerce.

What will you be doing?

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver top-tier customer service and operational excellence.
• Own the P&L for the branch—monitor sales, control costs, and drive profitability through smart, data-driven decisions.
• Forecast product orders accurately and manage stock levels to ensure availability while minimizing waste.
• Analyze daily operations and implement improvements to optimize workflow, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
• Train and develop team members, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, resolving complaints and feedback with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any stock or supplier issues proactively.
• Monitor branch KPIs, prepare reports, and present action plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Drive in-store excellence, including cleanliness, merchandising, and product display standards.
• Act as a role model in upholding the company’s values and creating an inclusive, respectful workplace environment.
• Ensure effective and professional communication with the landlord to support a positive ongoing relationship

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in managerial role within F&B or Retail Industry.
• Proven track record in managing store operations, team leadership, and hitting sales targets
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock forecasting, and waste control
• Solid understanding of P&L Management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
• Familiarity with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
