Senior Automation Engineer – BMC TrueSight (TSA & TSO)

Saudi Arabia (Banking Sector) – Mandatorily On Site

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSA) and TrueSight Orchestration (TSO). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions, with a key emphasis on Disaster Recovery (DR) automation within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO)
• Implement and manage server lifecycle automation using TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA)
• Develop and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) automation strategies and runbooks
• Automate patching, provisioning, compliance, and configuration management
• Integrate TSO with enterprise tools (ITSM, monitoring, ticketing systems)
• Support DR drills and ensure automation readiness for critical systems
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize workflows
• Ensure compliance with banking security and audit standards
• Prepare technical documentation and SOPs

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSA)
• BMC TrueSight Orchestration (TSO)
• Proven experience in Disaster Recovery automation
• Knowledge of:
• Shell scripting / PowerShell / Python
• Linux & Windows server environments
• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Experience integrating automation tools with APIs/web services

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or Middle East banking sector
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• BMC certifications (preferred)
