BIM Coordinator (Architectural) Full Time NEW

Job Description

• Coordinate and integrate BIM models from various disciplines.

• Perform clash detection and issue tracking using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Assist in enforcing the BIM Execution Plan and project standards.

• Review models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with LOD requirements.

• Support the preparation and submission of BIM deliverables.

• Maintain model version control and documentation.

• Provide technical support and training to project team members.

• Collaborate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve coordination issues.E1

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

• 5+years of experience in BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projects.

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and model checking tools.

• Good understanding of BIM standards, LOD, and coordination workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with CDE platforms and data exchange formats (IFC, COBie).
