We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our Dubai team, responsible for creating a sophisticated and memorable experience from the very first interaction with our clients.

## Key Responsibilities

* Welcome clients, patients, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion;

* Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Loveena Maison’s luxury standards;

* Manage in-person, phone, email, and WhatsApp communications;

* Coordinate appointments, consultations, and aesthetic treatment schedules;

* Confirm bookings and support clients throughout their journey before, during, and after their appointments;

* Provide personalized assistance to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for during their visit;

* Maintain accurate client records, contracts, forms, and administrative documentation;

* Support the commercial and operational teams with daily administrative activities;

* Ensure the reception and client areas remain immaculate and aligned with the brand’s luxury image;

* Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity;

* Contribute to client retention by delivering an exceptional, attentive, and welcoming experience.

## Requirements

* Fluent English (mandatory);

* Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

* Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented profile;

* Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment;

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);

* Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage;

* Professional appearance and presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
