The Role
As our Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages while maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. You will contribute to creating a vibrant yet professional bar atmosphere, ensuring guests receive attentive and engaging service.
Your Profile
Professional Experience
Experience:
1–2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale or fine dining environment.
Guest Interaction & Service
Atmosphere:
You possess a friendly and engaging personality capable of creating a welcoming environment at the bar.
Engagement:
You are confident in interacting professionally with guests, providing personalised beverage recommendations, and upselling when appropriate.
Composure:
You are able to resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism during busy service periods.
Technical Skills & Efficiency
Efficiency:
You are proficient in operating bar equipment, including mixers, blenders, and dispensers.
Speed & Quality:
You are fast and efficient in preparing drinks during peak hours while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
Passion:
You take pride in crafting beverages that enhance the overall dining experience.
Hygiene & Compliance
Standards:
You strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, particularly in alcohol handling.
Organisation:
You ensure the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and fully restocked.
Regulatory Awareness:
You maintain awareness of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
Passion for Craft
You take pride in the art of bartending and understand how beverages contribute to the overall guest experience.
A curiosity for evolving trends and new ingredients is considered a strong asset.
Compensation
What We Offer
Basic Salary: 4,000 AED per month
Housing & Transportation Allowance: 2,400 AED per month
