Join the team at Quince Restaurant & Cafe in Al Barsha 2! We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and enthusiastic Barista to craft high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and precision
* Perform manual brew methods including V60 and Chemex
* Prepare cold brew coffee using proper steeping and extraction techniques
* Prepare fresh smoothies and juices according to café recipes
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstation at all times
* Ensure proper calibration of espresso machines and grinders
* Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control
* Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and brewing methods (espresso, V60, Chemex, etc.)
* Experience in preparing cold brew, smoothies, and fresh juices
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
* Passion for coffee, detail, and presentation
* Team player with a positive attitude
