- Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, preparing comprehensive reports and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Oversee daily banking operations from an accounting perspective, ensuring seamless financial flows.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting functions.
- Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Accounting principles, Banking operations, Financial Analysis, and Finance management. Proficiency in accounting software especially Odoo and advanced Excel skills are highly valued.

Job Requirements
- Experience That Matters:
- A proven track record of 3-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Analysis, General Ledger Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Skills for Success:
- Exceptional proficiency in Accounting, Banking, and Finance principles.
- Strong capabilities in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Compliance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with relevant accounting software especially Odoo.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
