Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker, located in Dubai. The Baker will manage the preparation of baked goods including bread, cookies, and pastries, ensuring quality and consistency in all products. Day-to-day tasks include mixing ingredients, utilizing baking equipment, monitoring baking processes, and adhering to hygiene and food safety standards. The individual will collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and maintain inventory control.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Expertise in Food Preparation, specifically with a focus on bread and cookies
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Creativity in developing new recipes and flavor profiles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production setting is a plus
• Certification in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage
