About the Role

As our B2C Telesales Agent, your responsibilities will include:

·       Managing and converting inbound leads into sales

·       Initiating outbound calls to generate new business

·       Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets

·       Coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless customer service

·       Following up on submitted quotations and identifying upselling opportunities

·       Driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and relationship building

Requirements

·       Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

·       Proven experience in sales, in a B2C environment.

·       Strong leadership and administrative skills.

·       Ability to design and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
