Area Sales Execution Implement and oversee the area sales plan to achieve established volume, value, and growth targets, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
Corporate Account Expansion Manage and expand corporate accounts by driving penetration across key channels and major strategic projects, strengthening customer partnerships and maximizing business opportunities.
Sales Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to enhance productivity, professional discipline, and overall sales capability within the area.
Sales Operations Excellence Ensure effective sell‑in and sell‑out execution through robust product availability, merchandising standards, display quality, and compliance with approved pricing structures.
Commercial Governance Control and monitor pricing, promotional plans, rebate programs, and collections, ensuring all activities remain within approved commercial and financial guidelines.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and After‑Sales teams to support seamless operational execution and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track area performance against targets, prepare accurate and timely performance reports, and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure goal achievement.
Compliance & Risk Control Ensure strict adherence to company policies, credit control procedures, and risk management standards within the assigned area.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5-7 Years of sales & B2B Sales experience.
Solid understanding of local market dynamics, corporate account, governmental sectors, and other b2b channels.
Very good command in English.
Experience managing multi-category portfolios is a plus.
