We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Technology Solutions Sales Specialist to join our remote team.
We provide technology-driven business solutions that help companies improve operations, automate processes, implement software systems, and scale more efficiently.
We are looking for a sales professional who can identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand business needs, present suitable solutions, and manage the sales process through to successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple outreach channels
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospects
- Understand client challenges and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-ups
- Prepare proposals and support the sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience with lead generation and cold outreach
- Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Experience selling technology, software, or business solutions is preferred
