Role Description
This is a full-time B2B Outreach Strategist role based on-site in Manama. The B2B Outreach Strategist will lead strategic outreach efforts, build and nurture key partnerships, and identify business development opportunities. The role involves market research, developing outreach campaigns, managing client relationships, creating customized proposals, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet client acquisition and retention goals. The strategist will also provide insights to improve strategies and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Networking
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in crafting B2B Outreach Campaigns and Proposal Development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to client needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in consulting or a similar industry is an advantage
