We are currently looking for a professional and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns
• Perform initial assessment of issues and coordinate with technicians
• Follow up on maintenance and repair work in the workshop
• Clearly explain vehicle issues and required repairs to customers
• Agree on pricing and cost estimates with customers
• Monitor the vehicle from check-in until final delivery
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the automotive field within the UAE
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command of English
• Experience using Odoo system
• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common issues
