Act as a technical for the Heavy-Duty segment, supporting Truck fleets
Deep Diesel Expertise : Extensive knowledge of Heavy-Duty Diesel engine lubrication requirements
Proven ability to work with large transport fleets .
Prepare product reports and technical documentation.
Provide technical advice and support.
Responsible for new machines installation and leveling as per manufacturer requirements.

Update internal databases with information about technical issues and customer discussions.
Monitor customer complaints and follow up accordingly.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
Research and review the latest company products and updates to company policies.
Provide high-quality service to meet customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop individual account strategies to support Distributor Sales Representatives (DSR) sales goals.
Identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers.
Manage customer product technical complaints.
Identify and secure product upgrade opportunities.
Act as a technical resource for the distributor sales team in value-added selling.
Provide feedback on industry trends, product performance, and equipment functions to distributor management.
Train sales staff and customers on lubrication fundamentals, product knowledge, applications, and basic technical programs.
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
1–3 years of relevant experience in a mechanical engineering or industrial environment .
Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment
Experience in car maintenance .
Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies .
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
