Role Overview
We are looking for an Automation & Data Operations Associate to help improve operational efficiency across the company through automation, data analysis, AI tools, and internal systems integration.
You will work on a wide range of projects involving:
- internal workflows
- reporting automation
- AI-powered tools
- operational dashboards
- process optimization
- cross-functional coordination
- data consolidation
You should enjoy jumping between different topics, learning quickly, and solving practical business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Automation & Internal Tools
- Build and improve internal automations across different teams
- Reduce manual reporting and repetitive operational tasks
- Create workflows connecting tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Drive, analytics platforms, databases, and other business systems
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve productivity and visibility
Data & Analytics
- Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Support dashboard creation and KPI monitoring
- Consolidate and structure information coming from multiple systems
- Help improve internal reporting processes
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and follow up on internal projects across departments
- Help structure initiatives, timelines, owners, and execution tracking
- Document processes and improve internal visibility
- Communicate with different stakeholders to move projects forward
AI & Innovation
- Research and test new AI tools and workflows
- Help integrate AI into day-to-day business operations
- Identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve execution speed or decision-making

Technical exposure
You do not need to be a senior software engineer, but familiarity with some of the following is a plus:
- Python
- SQL
- APIs
- Notion
- Slack workflows
- Zapier / Make / n8n
- Google Sheets / Excel
- BI or analytics tools
- AI tools and LLM workflows
