The Authority Liaison Manager will act as the primary interface between the developer and all relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, and utility providers throughout the project lifecycle. The role is responsible for managing authority approvals, engineering coordination, design sign-offs, permits, licenses, and stakeholder relationships to ensure projects remain compliant and progress in line with program requirements.
This position will manage STRATA property registrations, handling technical documentation for project clearances, and securing building compliance approvals. Ensuring all submissions, approvals, and authority processes are managed efficiently from concept design through to handover and operations.
