Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Manama for an Auditing Manager. The Auditing Manager will oversee financial audits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and prepare detailed financial statements. The role involves conducting financial analyses, resolving discrepancies, and providing actionable recommendations for financial efficiency. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring audit teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the implementation of best accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• prior experience in Audit firm
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Experience in conducting Financial Audits and ensuring compliance
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar are a plus
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory audit role is preferred
