Role Overview
As the Associate Technical Engineer – Community Management, you will oversee facilities operations across Community Management assets, including residential communities, Retails. OA Technical Engineer ensures the delivery of maintenance services, effective contractor supervision, operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs
Regular Facilities Inspections
Maintenance Coordination & Oversight
Capital Improvement Project Support
Customer Service & Stakeholder Communication
Supervise onsite facilities service providers, ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards. Organize training sessions as needed to maintain service quality.
Supplies and Inventory Management
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Compliance and Safety
Energy Management & Optimization
Documentation & Record Keeping
Additional Duties
Perform other essential tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the department and organization.
Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Microsoft office suite, Oracle Fusion, SAP
Experience
management, and relevant local and international real estate regulations.
Competency
Extrovert with ability to manage stress situations with a calm approach yet with due urgency.
