We seek an Associate Product Designer to help define and manage a scalable design system for our flagship CRM and unify design patterns across our suite of products.

What You Will Do

• Help define, build, and maintain a growing design system for Phenom’s CRM, supporting consistency across multiple products
• Contribute to documenting patterns, components, and usage guidelines, helping keep the system reliable and easy to use
• Get hands-on with AI-assisted design and design-to-code tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt), using them to experiment with faster iteration, better handoff, and improved collaboration with engineering.
• Create and maintain design system documentation, including component usage, patterns, and design guidelines, in collaboration with designers and developers.
• Use data, user feedback, and insights to support design system decisions and improve how teams build experiences
• Assist in identifying shared design and interaction patterns across products and help align them into a more unified experience
• Create reusable design components and patterns that solve cross-product challenges while learning how to balance flexibility with consistency
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to support adoption and continuous improvement of the design system
• Help advocate for the design system by sharing best practices, gathering feedback, and supporting teams as they use it

What You’ve Done

• Bring 1–2 years of product design experience, with real-world projects you’re proud of
• Get hands-on with design systems, helping build, maintain, and scale them across multiple products
• Design with accessibility in mind, because great products work for everyone
• Work confidently with “out-of-the-box” design systems like MUI, PrimeNG, or similar
• Spot patterns across products and help turn them into consistent, cohesive experiences
• Use data, user feedback, and insights to inform your design decisions and validate what you ship
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers across global teams
• Communicate your ideas clearly whether you’re sharing a concept, asking for feedback, or explaining a design choice
• Understand the basics of front-end development and CSS frameworks, so your designs translate smoothly into code
• Feel right at home in Figma (components, auto layout, libraries — you know the drill)
