Assistant Storekeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Storekeeper with 2–3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry to support our warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

YOUR ROLE
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials, spare parts, and consumables
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / inventory management systems
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials
- Support stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams for material requirements
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Oil & Gas industry standards
- Prepare reports related to stock movements and inventory levels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Storekeeper or similar role within the Oil & Gas industry
- Education: Diploma or relevant technical qualification
- Expertise: Knowledge of Oil & Gas materials (pipes, valves, fittings, mechanical/electrical spares, etc.); Familiar with inventory control systems and documentation; Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems); Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced and safety-critical environment
