Assistant Store Manager (Luxury Fashion) Full Time

We are partnering with a globally recognised women’s ready-to-wear maison to appoint an Assistant Boutique Manager for its flagship presence in Dubai Mall.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a brand defined by craftsmanship, femininity, and modern elegance. The position sits at the crossroads of client experience, team leadership, and commercial performance, within one of the most prestigious retail environments in the region.

Working closely with the Boutique Director, you will act as a true ambassador of the house, bringing the brand’s vision to life through every client interaction and every moment on the floor.

The role:

You will play a central role in shaping an elevated and deeply personal client journey, where service is intuitive, refined, and entirely tailored. Every interaction should feel considered, effortless, and memorable.

Alongside the Boutique Director, you will support the overall performance of the boutique, driving results through strong floor presence, active leadership, and a genuine passion for client engagement.

You will lead from the front, coaching and developing a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional styling experiences. Your ability to inspire confidence, elevate selling techniques, and nurture individual strengths will be key to building a high-performing team.

Client development sits at the heart of this role. You will cultivate and grow your own portfolio of clients, while guiding the team to build meaningful, long-term relationships both in boutique and through digital touchpoints.

You will also contribute to the boutique’s presence within the local luxury landscape, supporting exclusive events, private appointments, and community engagement initiatives that reinforce the brand’s positioning.

Operationally, you will ensure the boutique runs with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards across stock, visual presentation, and overall environment.

About you:

You come from a luxury or high-end fashion background, with experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally within women’s ready-to-wear.

You have a natural affinity for style, with a strong understanding of silhouette, fabrication, and wardrobe building, allowing you to deliver a highly personalised and elevated styling experience.

You are a relationship builder at heart, with the ability to create trust, loyalty, and long-term client connections.

You bring presence, warmth, and credibility on the floor, leading by example and inspiring those around you.
