Job Purpose
Growth Platforms Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing
strategies to develop new platforms as well as performing market segmentation to better understand
and define target audiences. The role will also be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on
opportunities for expansion, customer acquisition, and retention for real estate and destination.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing strategies for new
platforms and market segmentation.
• Assist in optimizing the website and application for different mobile devices, ensuring a
seamless user experience.
• Support in defining the target audience, market positioning, and marketing channels.
• Assist in overseeing marketing campaigns and content to convey product value, including
digital and offline strategies.
• Implement the integration between El Gouna Town, Real Estate, and Marketing
communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders for project delivery and
communication.
• Source advertising and sponsorship opportunities aligned with corporate and destination
strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget tracking, and key performance
indicators.
• Support the development and implementation of social media and influencer marketing
strategies, including content scheduling and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity with clear guidelines.
• Assist with project management tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder
follow-up.
• Assist in tracking marketing budgets and processing invoices.
• Assist in organizing marketing events, activations, and partnership activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or
related field; MBA is a plus
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or PR, ideally in real estate or
destination marketing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google
Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems)
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
• Creative problem-solver with excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Confident team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new marketing trends
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
