Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive in Sales and Marketing, based in Al Wathbah. The role involves developing and executing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include communicating with potential clients, facilitating meetings and presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. The role also requires preparing detailed sales reports and staying up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Expertise in Market Research, Marketing Strategy, and Lead Generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to perform data analysis and generate insightful reports
• Knowledge of industrial automation, engineering services, or IT solutions is an advantage
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive attitude, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
