Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, located in Manama Bahrain. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will perform day-to-day tasks such as managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws. The role also involves maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and promoting a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.

• Proficiency in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering workplace culture
• Skills in organizing training programs and implementing employee development initiatives
• Knowledge of HR policies, Bahrain labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous HR experience, preferably in hospitality or similar industries, is a plus
