General responsibilities:
- Participate in designing research activities and supporting R&D implementation while ensuring accuracy in technical execution.
- Support data analysis, simulation, and modeling efforts to help derive meaningful conclusions and clear representations.
- Assist in testing and validation processes to uphold research quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D project teams to align research activities with strategic goals.
- Follow laboratory safety and quality protocols to ensure a compliant and secure working environment during all research and testing activities.
- Support the development, design, and fabrication of prototypes, ensuring practical implementation of R&D outcomes.
- Assist in identifying and solving technical issues during the prototyping phase.
- Contribute to the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance prototyping effectiveness.
- Engage with external experts and R&D partners to expand technical insights and incorporate best practices.
- Participate in designing and implementing pilot projects to apply and evaluate R&D outputs in real-world settings.
- Assist in resolving operational issues during piloting to ensure performance and functionality.
- Contribute to the operation and routine maintenance of piloting systems to support successful outcomes.
- Support assessments of technical feasibility and potential applications of emerging technologies to ensure research outcomes are both valid and relevant.
- Document experimental processes and findings to enable replication and future development.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
