Main scope:

• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
• Conduct regular field visits and prepare commercial reports
• Develop relationships with customers and local business accounts
• Support campaigns, promotions, and customer retention initiatives
• Track competitors, market trends, and commercial risks
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer experience and commercial visibility

Ideal profile:

• 3–5 years of management experience in sales, retail, commercial development, distribution, or related fields
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Good understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and follow up professionally
• Located in the North of Lebanon
