  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Tender Engineer Intern to join our technical office. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the pre-construction phase of projects, where accuracy and strategic pricing are key. You will work closely with our senior engineering team to analyze project requirements and help prepare winning competitive bids.
  • The intern will learn:
  • Tender Analysis: How to interpret project drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Estimation Techniques: Methods for calculating material quantities and labor costs accurately.
  • Market Research: Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and compare competitive quotations.
  • Technical Writing: Preparing technical proposals and ensuring all tender documentation meets client requirements.
  • Commercial Strategy: Understanding the financial aspects of bidding, including profit margins and overhead calculations.
  • Workflow Management: How a professional technical office operates under strict submission deadlines.
