Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Engineer, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Architect Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with project managers and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with local and international building standards. The role involves overseeing construction activities, managing project timelines, and contributing to the successful execution of high-quality commercial, entertainment, and residential projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture, including innovative design, planning, and technical proficiency
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practical application in construction projects
• Experience in Construction, with the ability to supervise on-site activities and align with safety and quality standards
• Excellence in Teamwork and collaboration with diverse teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Familiarity with local building codes and knowledge of advanced design software
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Previous experience in delivering large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
• Professional certifications
