Job Description
We are looking for a confident Arabic-speaking Cold Caller / Lead Generation Executive to support our outreach campaign for IT, AI, cloud, data, automation, and enterprise digital platform services.
The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and able to communicate well in English.
This is not a closing sales role. The main responsibility is to open the door, reach the right decision makers, introduce Webology briefly, identify interest, and arrange follow-up calls or meetings for our business development team.
Full training, calling script, case studies, and lead lists will be provided.

Requirements
Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
Good spoken English.
Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
Confident and professional phone communication.
Ability to speak clearly, listen well, and handle basic objections.
Organized and able to update call records accurately.
UAE B2B calling experience is preferred.
IT or software services experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
