Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Setter / Sales Representative based in Nasr City. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, handling outbound and inbound calls, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets and develop customer relationships is a key component of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilities
• Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, and sales support
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data entry, and maintaining client interaction records
• Ability to identify leads, qualify prospects, and build strong customer relationships
• Highly organized with time management and multitasking skills
• Fluency in English and another language is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
