Job Purpose
Support senior leadership, including the CEO, within the CEO Office function, in driving effective decision-making and governance by structuring key topics, orchestrating executive forums, and ensuring alignment and follow-through on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and coordinate key governance forums (e.g., ExCom, EMT, Board), ensuring clear agendas aligned with business priorities
Consolidate, synthesize, and frame strategic topics for senior leadership review
Develop high-quality materials outlining options, trade-offs, and recommendations
Track key decisions and ensure effective follow-up and execution discipline across functions
Maintain visibility on strategic initiatives and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment
Support preparation of senior leadership and CEO interactions (briefings, talking points, key messages)
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to enable timely and well-informed decision-making
Drive overall rigor, structure, and consistency in executive-level discussions and outputs
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant qualification.
Experience of 6–8 years of experience, with background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
Strong problem-solving and structuring skills
Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and actionable insights
Experience supporting senior leadership or working on high-impact strategic topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
High maturity and professionalism; low ego, team-oriented mindset
