Mandatory details/Skills – Experience working in Air freight operations experience ,AWB documentation, Customs documentation knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air freight export and import operations
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and Ground Handling Agents (GHA)
• Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and shipment documentation
• Handle airline bookings and cargo scheduling through online portals
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping standards
• Track shipments and provide timely operational updates to customers and stakeholders
• Maintain shipment trackers, operational records, and status reports
• Perform invoicing, cost booking, and shipment profitability checks
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of international shipping procedures

Experience using Cargo Wise or similar logistics software preferred

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
