Digital Marketing & AI Growth Specialist (E-commerce & Retail)
We are a growing group of businesses based in Canada, including restaurant brands and retail operations, expanding into e-commerce and digital services.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & AI Growth Specialist to take ownership of our online presence, drive sales, and lead our digital growth strategy.
This is not a basic social media role — we are looking for someone who can think, build, test, and scale.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Improve online visibility and performance on platforms like Uber Eats, Google, and delivery apps
- Build and manage websites (Shopify / WordPress or similar)
- Utilize AI tools to develop websites, SEO, and social media management.
- Drive online sales and customer acquisition
- Create and manage content (ads, creatives, campaigns)
- Analyze performance and continuously improve results (ROI-focused)
- Implement AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and marketing performance
- Identify new growth opportunities and test new ideas
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing and online growth
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience in website building (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and test ideas
- Strong analytical thinking (understanding performance metrics)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) is a strong plus
