AI Solutions Lead Full Time

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Solutions Lead to help shape and deliver practical, high-impact AI initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will lead research, concept development, and solution delivery for projects that translate complex AI opportunities into scalable, useful, and business-aligned outcomes. This is a hands-on role working closely with leadership, product, engineering, and business teams to build intelligent solutions and accompanying programs that support innovation and measurable value.

Responsibilities

Lead research and concept development for AI solutions across business, product, and operational use cases.

Identify, commission and cultivate relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, partners, and external collaborators.

Produce solution briefs, technical summaries, implementation notes, and presentation materials that communicate complex topics clearly.

Develop project timelines, delivery briefs, and coordinate implementation with technical teams and vendors.

Manage project budgets, schedules and supplier/contractor relationships.

Organize accompanying workshops, demos, training sessions, and educational materials.

Liaise with technical and business partners to ensure accurate, ethical, and effective delivery of AI initiatives; arrange access to data, prototypes or environments as required.

Oversee documentation, testing records, and archival notes for each project or initiative.

Support fundraising and proposal applications by preparing research summaries and recommendations.

Monitor user feedback and research impact; refine strategies to increase accessibility, adoption, and engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum BA/MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field; PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, product delivery, consulting, or equivalent professional setting.

Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with AI topics (machine learning, generative AI, automation, data-driven systems) — deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with technical teams is essential.

Strong research, writing and editorial skills — able to produce clear, engaging technical and business-facing texts and funding materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-disciplinary collaborations between product, engineering, and business teams.

Experience programming public talks, workshops, or education activities.

Commitment to accessible presentation and ethical engagement with AI content.

Portfolio or track record of AI projects, solutions, prototypes, or related work (links or PDF).

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
