ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building an AI-powered industry intelligence newsletter that delivers curated, structured, and insight-driven news on a weekly basis.
We are looking for an AI Newsletter Producer to design, build, and operate an automated content system that transforms raw industry news into high-quality, publication-ready newsletters.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, combining content operations, AI tools, and no-code automation.
You will be responsible for building and running a scalable “news-to-newsletter” pipeline from the ground up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage an automated AI-driven news collection system
- Source industry news from RSS feeds, Google Alerts, and digital media sources
- Use AI tools to summarize, structure, and refine news content
- Create weekly newsletter drafts using AI-assisted workflows
- Organize and categorize stories by relevance, theme, and importance
- Write and improve headlines, summaries, and key insights for clarity and engagement
- Ensure all content is clean, accurate, and publication-ready
- Support or collaborate with editorial review for final approval
- Continuously optimize workflows, automation, and content efficiency
- Align newsletter content with company events, marketing campaigns, and audience interests
- Monitor performance metrics and test improvements in format, subject lines, and engagement
