We are looking for an AI Marketing Specialist

The AI Marketing Specialist will take ownership of building a measurable, AI-powered B2B marketing engine that generates qualified leads, supports sales growth, and helps the company expand across the U.S. market. This person will combine advanced AI skills, performance marketing, CRM automation, data analysis, and creative judgment to turn marketing into a scalable revenue-generating function.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale an AI-powered B2B marketing engine that generates qualified leads, supports sales growth, and contributes directly to revenue.
• Develop full-funnel lead generation strategies targeting U.S. facility management companies, real estate companies, retail groups, hospitality businesses, and commercial service decision-makers.
• Manage the full marketing function, including lead generation, paid acquisition, content strategy, CRM automation, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing speed, efficiency, personalization, research, campaign execution, reporting, and lead follow-up.
• Build advanced AI-driven workflows, agents, and systems that support marketing strategy, campaign planning, content production, data analysis, and sales enablement.
• Manage LinkedIn Ads as the primary paid acquisition channel, while using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns where relevant.
• Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, messaging, landing pages, forms, offers, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Track and optimize marketing KPIs including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI.
• Build and manage HubSpot or similar CRM workflows for lead routing, lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, sales notifications, and follow-up automation.
• Create dashboards and performance reports that help leadership understand campaign results, funnel gaps, and revenue impact.
• Develop content strategies for U.S. B2B audiences, including landing pages, blogs, lead magnets, email campaigns, case studies, webinars, and sales-support materials.
• Support SEO strategy by improving keyword targeting, landing page quality, content relevance, and qualified organic traffic.
• Support offline marketing efforts such as U.S. expos, trade shows, networking events, webinars, giveaways, and event-based lead capture systems.
• Build smart lead capture systems using QR codes, forms, CRM integrations, follow-up sequences, and event ROI tracking.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals, target accounts, and sales feedback.
• Evaluate campaign performance using data, identify what is working, and make clear optimization decisions based on numbers rather than assumptions.
• Provide creative direction for ads, landing pages, visuals, presentations, event materials, and marketing assets.
• Manage freelancers including designers, content creators, paid media specialists, developers, or automation experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong B2B marketing experience is required, preferably targeting U.S. companies, decision-makers, or service-based businesses.
• Experience in facility management, real estate services, outsourcing, maintenance, construction, logistics, or service-based industries is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, pipeline creation, MQLs, SQLs, conversion tracking, and revenue-driven marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads, with Google Ads and Meta Ads as additional advantages.
• Strong experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms used for marketing, automation, analysis, and execution.
• Advanced AI skills beyond basic prompting, including the ability to build AI workflows, agents, automations, and scalable marketing systems.
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, CRM workflows, lead routing systems, and sales notification automations.
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills, with the ability to evaluate campaigns, interpret data, identify funnel gaps, and optimize performance.
• Strong creative judgment, with the ability to recognize high-quality design, strong messaging, effective ads, and conversion-focused marketing assets.
• Ability to develop advanced marketing strategies, define KPIs, measure results, and translate insights into action.
• Strong understanding of U.S. B2B buyer journeys, decision-maker targeting, and digital acquisition strategies.
• Experience with webinars, expos, trade shows, event marketing, giveaways, lead capture, and post-event follow-up is a strong advantage.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Google Ads, HubSpot, AI tools, or CDMP are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate clearly with leadership, sales teams, operations teams, and freelancers.
• Hands-on, execution-focused, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage marketing independently.
• Based in Lebanon and available to work a PM shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
