The Enterprise AI Office is therefore investing in AI education, change management, and workforce enablement to maximise the value of Artificial Intelligence across the Group.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of AI Governance & Adoption, the AI Learning & Adoption Specialist will design and deliver enterprise AI training programmes, awareness campaigns, user guidance, and adoption initiatives across all Group companies.
The role will organise AI workshops, develop learning materials, coordinate awareness events, gather employee feedback, monitor adoption metrics, and support change management activities throughout AI implementation programmes.
Working closely with Human Resources and subsidiary leadership teams, the Specialist will help create a culture of continuous learning, responsible AI usage, and innovation across the organisation.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess experience in learning and development, organisational change, digital adoption, training, or employee engagement.
Strong facilitation, communication, instructional design, and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.
Experience delivering technology adoption or digital transformation programmes within large organisations will be considered highly desirable.
