AI Engineer – Computer Vision | On-Site | Lebanon

VITA Group is hiring an AI Engineer specialized in Computer Vision to join our Strategic Innovation & Technology team in Mansourieh, Lebanon.

We are looking for someone passionate about AI, machine learning, and imaging technologies to help develop and optimize advanced computer vision solutions across VITA Detection’s imaging and software platforms.

What You’ll Work On

* Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and computer vision models

* Build solutions for:

* Object detection

* Image classification

* Segmentation

* Anomaly detection

* Image preprocessing

* Develop AI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and/or TensorFlow

* Work with imaging datasets, augmentation, labeling, and validation

* Integrate AI models into production software and imaging systems

* Optimize inference performance across CPU/GPU environments

* Collaborate with software, QA, and product teams on real-world AI deployment

Requirements

* Master’s degree in AI, Computer Vision, ML, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

OR

* Bachelor’s degree + 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Computer Vision / AI development

Technical Skills

* Strong Python programming

* Experience with:

* PyTorch or TensorFlow

* OpenCV & NumPy

* Deep learning and computer vision workflows

* Understanding of model evaluation and dataset preparation

* Familiarity with Git workflows

Nice to Have

* Experience with YOLO, Faster R-CNN, DETR, U-Net, Mask R-CNN, DeepLab, etc.

* Model optimization tools like ONNX, TensorRT, or quantization

* Exposure to MLOps and production AI environments
