The Role

We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist who enjoys solving operational problems and building systems that create measurable business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who sees automation as more than connecting tools together.

You’ll be responsible for architecting, building, testing, and optimizing AI-powered workflows that improve how businesses acquire customers, manage operations, and execute at scale.

You will work directly on real client systems and internal REALATES infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Design and build automation workflows using modern automation platforms
– Develop AI-powered operational systems for client projects
– Build integrations between CRMs, databases, communication platforms, and AI models
– Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows
– Create testing procedures and quality assurance processes
– Document systems and implementation logic
– Collaborate on system architecture and operational design
– Identify inefficiencies and engineer scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

– Strong understanding of automation concepts and workflow design
– Experience using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Ability to think in systems rather than individual tasks
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Strong communication and documentation skills

Strong Advantages

– Experience with AI agents and LLM-powered workflows
– Experience with APIs and webhooks
– Familiarity with CRM systems
– Experience with databases such as Supabase, Airtable, or PostgreSQL
– Understanding of operational workflows inside businesses
– Experience with quality assurance and workflow testing
