AI & Automation Specialist Full Time NEW

Drive AI adoption across the SP&I by identifying automation opportunities, developing solutions using LLMs (including Microsoft Copilot), and transforming business processes into scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

·       Analyze business processes and identify AI opportunities

·       Design and implement AI-driven solutions

·       Build internal tools for reporting and analytics

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams

·       Prioritize AI use cases and execute pilots

·       Measure ROI and ensure governance

Required Skills

Technical:

·       Python

·       APIs integration

·       Data handling (Pandas, SQL)

·       Prompt engineering

·       Automation tools

·       Microsoft Copilot experience

·       Azure AI services familiarity

Business:

·       Process understanding

·       Problem solving

·       Communication

Qualifications

Required:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering

Alternative Backgrounds (with AI experience):

·       Business Analytics

·       Industrial Engineering

·       Electrical Engineering

Preferred:

·       Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Machine Learning

Certifications (Nice to Have):

·       Microsoft Azure AI certifications
