Organize and manage the work of agricultural supervisors to implement fertilization plans, pest control, and all other agricultural operations, ensuring smooth and continuous workflow.
Develop and implement advanced cultivation methods for field and orchard crops to achieve better productivity at the lowest possible cost.
Develop and implement pest, disease, and weed control techniques to maintain and protect crop quality.
Implement agricultural procedures aimed at increasing soil fertility and enhancing crop yield.
Participate in selecting high-quality seed varieties and planting materials to ensure the quality of the final product.
Set measures to prepare and apply fertilizer usage in the soil to guarantee crop quality.
Carry out farming activities continuously according to the timeline, ensuring no deviations, and provide timely updates/reports to the project manager to maintain smooth operations.
Prepare purchase requests for various agricultural inputs (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) at the appropriate times to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Receive fertilizers, pesticides, seedlings, and seeds according to standard specifications before storing them within the company and before planting, to ensure the final product quality.
Monitor the quality level of different crops, identify needs and requirements, and submit reports to the project manager at the right times to ensure final product quality.
Record planting plans in the company’s internal program to track progress in implementation on the ground.
