🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum & Kanban methodologies
✅ Act as an Agile coach, empowering teams to become self-organising and continuously improving
✅ Collaborate closely with development & QA teams through user stories, backlog grooming, and testing support
✅ Foster strong team cohesion, open communication, and a culture of delivery excellence
✅ Manage business & technical changes aligned with project goals
✅ Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
✅ Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and provide regular delivery updates
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
💡 Proven experience leading multiple Agile software delivery teams
💡 Strong hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management & user story writing
💡 Experience supporting manual QA testing and working with QA teams
💡 Strong problem-solving and decision-making mindset
💡 Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile tools, especially JIRA
💡 Excellent communication and team motivation skills
💡 PSM certification (or equivalent)
💡 Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field
💡 Business-level English proficiency
🔹 Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with SAFe or LeSS
⭐ Knowledge of PRINCE2 or PMP methodologies
⭐ Understanding of ITIL / change management
