We are looking for an experienced and driven Aesthetic Line Country Manager to lead and expand our aesthetic business portfolio in Iraq. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with deep understanding of the aesthetic and medical market, building sustainable growth through strategic planning, market development, and team leadership
Responsibilities
Lead the overall strategy, sales performance, and market expansion of the aesthetic product line across Iraq.
Develop and execute annual business plans, sales forecasts, and growth strategies.
Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the aesthetic sector.
Manage distributors, key accounts, and channel development activities.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.
Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, workshops, and scientific events.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
Work closely with regulatory, medical, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or aesthetic business management.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, injectables, skincare, or medical devices is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record in sales growth and team management.
Excellent understanding of the Iraqi healthcare and aesthetic market.
Ability to travel within Iraq when required.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
